1. Project assessment
We start with the work type, expected concrete volume, site access, material arrangement and target schedule. That information helps us recommend an Argo 4000, Argo 4300 or Argo 4500CM based on the real pour rather than a generic capacity claim. It also identifies whether a daily, weekly, monthly or longer contract makes commercial sense.
2. Model selection
The Argo 4000 is a flexible choice for foundations, slabs and general building work. The Argo 4300 provides additional output and multi-mode steering for corridors, canals and bridge work. The Argo 4500CM is intended for high-volume infrastructure and difficult terrain. Compare the Argo 4000, Argo 4300 and Argo 4500CM before booking.
3. Mobilization and delivery
NJP coordinates low-bed trailer movement from its Patan base to the project location. Dispatch planning covers route conditions, gate dimensions, unloading space, work-zone control and the preferred arrival window. Early confirmation is important for remote sites, large projects and periods when several contractors need equipment at the same time.
4. Certified operator deployment
An experienced operator can be included to handle machine controls, loading cycles, water metering, drum positioning and discharge. The project supervisor remains responsible for the approved mix design, site safety and pour sequence. Clear communication between the operator and supervisor helps maintain a consistent workflow and reduces avoidable idle time.
5. Preventive maintenance
Concrete, dust and rough ground are demanding conditions. Routine washing, lubrication, fluid checks, tyre inspection and electronic weighing checks help protect the mixer and maintain predictable operation. The rental team schedules support around the job so maintenance does not unexpectedly interrupt an important pour.
6. Breakdown response
If a fault occurs, the site contact can reach NJP support for troubleshooting and field assistance. The response depends on location, fault type, access and parts availability, so the contract should record escalation contacts and the agreed scope. This is particularly valuable on solar, road, canal and industrial projects far from a batching plant.
